Peter Ostapchuk CA, ICD.D, ACC, CA•IT is the founder and president of icorp.ca inc.. Peter has over 25 years of private and public sector financial advisory, insight, governance, internal control, and performance management expertise.

He is a graduate of McMaster University, a Chartered Accountant, an accredited ICD.D director through the Institute of Corporate Directors, Audit Committee Certified (ACC) through the Directors College, and specially designated in information technology as a CA•IT. Prior to establishing icorp.ca, (www.icorp.ca) Peter was a Principal Advisor with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young, risk management analyst with the Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation, and formerly the Deputy Chief Financial Officer for a federal Crown corporation, with an ex-officio seat on the Audit and Finance Committee of the Board.

Peter sits on the board of Alterna Bank and Alterna Savings, a consolidated financial institution with assets under administration in excess of $2.3 Billion. Peter is the Vice-Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee (FAC) and member of the Conduct Review Committee of the Bank board, and is a member of the Alterna Savings FAC, Member Relations Committee, and formerly sat on the HR and Pensions Committee. Peter also sits on the CA.IT Committee of the CA.IT board of the CICA.

Robert N. LeBlanc, MBA

Robert N. LeBlanc is a Senior Principal with icorp.ca inc. and is President of International Resource Development Corporation (IRDC). Robert is a trilingual senior executive with extensive experience in strategic and operational management, evaluation, and management audit of complex organizations and programmes, in the private, not-for-profit and public sectors (including ODA/RBM-based institutions). Robert possesses excellent abilities to analyze complex situations, develop strategic plans, communicate and gain commitment to strategic / action / project plans, lead, train and motivate people, as well as integrate and manage the various elements of change. Robert has tremendous capacity to develop and maintain strong and supportive relationships with stakeholders, funding partners and clients, with a very strong ability to develop internal capability for autonomous and sustainable operations. Philippe Carr is a Principal eBusiness Associate with icorp.ca inc., and is President of Strategic Review Group Inc., is fluently bilingual and has over 20 years of business advisory expertise. Philippe's principal areas of expertise are to assist organizations develop and implement mechanisms to improve their strategic focus on achieving results, move toward a culture of continuous improvement, and develop their electronic service delivery business models.

Philippe has worked with more than 50 organizations in the private and public sector and been involved as a principal team member in a number of horizontal government-wide reviews addressing issues such as eService delivery to clients, government on-line business strategies, performance measurement, science and technology, organizational restructuring and operational economy and efficiency. Les Routlege, BSc., MBA, PEng.

Les Routlege is a Principal eBusiness Associate with icorp.ca inc. and was most recently the Executive Director of WESTARC Group Inc. Prior to this, Les was a Principal with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was an advisor in the telephony and technology practice. Les's areas of expertise include the development of user needs assessments, technology impact studies, organizational development strategies and evaluation studies. Les was involved in assessing Government Telecommunications and Informatics Sector strategies to employ eGovernment as a means to foster citizen engagement, modernize service delivery through the establishment of partnerships and improve the policy development processes.

Les was also involved in the initial sector development efforts related to digital media / television, photonics sector and telecom sector development in the early 1990's. This was followed with coordinating the planning and start-up of the CANARIE initiative, which led to the deregulation / privatization / liberalization of Internet in Canada (both from and investment and access perspective. This work was followed by facilitating the start-up of the SchoolNet which looked at how ICT's could be used to support distance education and the modernization of teacher training and education administration. Subsequent to that, Les advised provincial governments on comprehensive strategies to use ICT's to modernize government service delivery processes and stimulate economic development through the development of ICT-related industry sectors (Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland).
